Job summary

Paylocity in Houston, TX seeks a Service Manager to oversee 3-6 Route Service Representatives and manage route operations, customer service, and revenue targets. You will lead the team, ensure adherence to procedures, and strengthen relationships with customers across assigned routes.

The role requires strong leadership, superb communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Local travel may be required and a valid driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum one year of route service experience preferred.
• Proven experience in management and supervision preferred.
• Two years of customer service experience required; valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervises 3-6 Route Service Representatives and monitors performance and data entry.
• Coordinates with Route Trainer to onboard and educate RSRs.
• Serves as primary management contact for assigned routes and resolves service issues.
• Ensures adherence to standard procedures while performing essential duties.
• Leads weekly meetings and drives revenue and KPI improvements.
• Maintains customer relationships and visits customers per visitation program.
