Job summary

K&M Last Mile LLC (an Amazon Delivery Service Partner) seeks a Delivery Operations Coordinator to support daily last-mile operations in Orlando. Lead morning stand-ups, ensure on-time routing, and coordinate drivers, routes, and fleet with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery operations, transportation, logistics, fleet coordination, dispatch, or a related fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify driver attendance and staffing, and communicate issues.
• Lead daily morning stand-up and set priorities for routes.
• Coordinate driver and route assignments; adjust as needed.
• Monitor route progress and address delays or issues.
• Manage rescues/sweeper to protect route completion.
• Coordinate fleet availability and vehicle safety checks.
• Ensure end-of-day closeout and reporting to leadership.
