Job summary

K&M Last Mile LLC, based in Orlando, Florida, seeks a hands-on Delivery Operations Coordinator Lead (Bilingual English/Spanish) to support drivers and manage last-mile operations. You will monitor attendance, lead stand-ups, assign routes, and provide on-road support.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery operations, transportation, or logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify driver attendance and communicate staffing concerns.
• Lead morning stand-up and communicate priorities.
• Coordinate driver and route assignments during load-out.
• Monitor route progress and take corrective action when behind.
• Maintain driver communication and resolve on-road issues.
• Coordinate rescues and fleet operations to protect route completion.
• Inspect vehicles at end of day and document issues.
