Job summary

Strategic Retail Partners is seeking a Route Service Representative to travel across Colorado Springs and surrounding areas to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliant execution. You will drive a SRP fleet vehicle, set up displays, replenish stock, and maintain planograms across stores.

The role requires 21+ years old with a valid license, strong tech skills, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Schedule starts at 6:00am with 48–52 hours weekly and overtime.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Tech savvy (smartphone apps, Outlook, and Zoom)
• Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
• Physical ability to climb in and out of a vehicle frequently
• Be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to rent and operate a rental car through company approved vendor, as required for travel or site visits.

Responsibilities

• Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRP’s fleet.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• Maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.
• Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory.
