Job summary

Strategic Retail Partners in Green Bay, Wisconsin, seeks a Route Service Representative responsible for implementing merchandising plans and maintaining brand standards across a broad store network. You will drive a SRP vehicle, set up displays, rotate stock, and collaborate with store managers to meet merchandising goals.

The role requires 21+ years old, a valid driver's license, and comfort with occasional overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license with clean record.
• Tech-savvy with smartphone apps, Outlook, and Zoom.
• Experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Must be 21+ and able to rent and operate a rental car if needed.

Responsibilities

• Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRPs fleet.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• Maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.
• Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory.
