Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Retail Team Leader to support our retail merchandising operations across branches and divisions. The role includes relief coverage, coaching, and ensuring best-in-class service and execution on routes.

You will load, deliver, and merchandise beverages, snacks, coffee, and fresh foods to client locations, while maintaining accurate records and compliance with SOPs. This position offers a strong benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, plus two years in retail ops or route experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to consent to drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the route.
• Must be 21 or older to meet DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Retail Team Manager and division leadership with daily retail route operations, ensuring service quality, compliance, and profitability.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to retail merchandisers, promoting consistent execution of company standards.
• Fill in for open or vacation routes, ensuring uninterrupted service and customer satisfaction.
• Load, deliver, and merchandise products at client locations.
• Verify orders, reconcile variances, and follow procedures to maintain delivery and inventory records.
• Execute all plan-o-grams, promotions, and retail initiatives as directed by leadership.
• Replenish, rotate, and display products following FIFO standards.
• Maintain freshness and quality of perishable products with proper refrigeration.
