Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Retail Route Merchandiser to stock vending machines and micro-markets across client locations. You will drive a company vehicle, maintain inventory, and engage customers with friendly service and upsell opportunities.

The role emphasizes independent work, safety, and pride in presenting clean, appealing product displays while supporting store promotions and company goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must consent to drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Able to lift, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the route.
• Must be 21+ to meet DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Stock vending machines and micro-markets according to layouts and promotions.
• Load and unload products safely; drive to deliver merchandise.
• Collect money from kiosks and follow cash-handling protocols.
• Maintain inventory levels and report out-of-date or unsold items.
• Ensure perishable items are refrigerated and properly stored.
• Greet customers professionally and upsell where appropriate.
• Complete full inventory counts as required.
