Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Retail Route Merchandiser to stock vending machines and micro-markets across client locations. You will deliver snacks, drinks, and fresh food, maintain cleanliness, and uphold display standards while building customer relationships on the Fayetteville route.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and adherence to DOT safety rules. On-site position with the opportunity to upsell and support charitable initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be able to consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be 21 to meet DOT requirements.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and merchandise products at client locations; load, transport, and stock items.
• Stock and rotate inventory using FIFO; face product forward.
• Maintain food safety; log temperatures and ensure proper refrigeration.
• Clean and service vending equipment; report issues.
• Manage cash and records; reconcile inventory per SOP.
• Support customers and promotions; set up displays and communicate new products.
• Ensure safety and compliance with DOT regulations.
• Operate assigned vehicle and perform pre-trip inspections.
