Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Retail Route Merchandiser to represent our vending and micro-market services. You will stock, rotate, and display products across client locations, drive a company vehicle, and build customer relationships while pursuing upsell opportunities.

You will monitor inventory, report feedback, and ensure perishable items are properly refrigerated and within safe temperatures. This role rewards self-motivation and reliable daily travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the route.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products according to store layouts and POGs.
• Roll-out promotions.
• Gather and report customer feedback.
• Maintain inventory levels for all products including drinks, food, and snacks.
• Restock shelves, coolers, and coffee.
• Follow inventory-tracking and product-rotation protocols.
• Record transactions on handheld device.
• Drive the company vehicle to deliver merchandise.

Skills

Valid driver's license
