Job summary

Continental Akron is seeking a Route Merchandiser to service vending machines and markets, deliver OCS orders, and keep equipment clean. You will use a company vehicle and company tablet to maintain accurate inventory and rotate products, including checking expiration dates.

You will also handle proceeds from routes with care. You will maintain inventory across beverages, snacks, and fresh items, load/unload products safely, and optimize route efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or retail merchandising preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels across product categories including beverages and snacks.
• Count, record, and order inventory following established protocols; perform full inventory counts as required.
• Restock shelves, coolers, coffee stations, and other displays with proper product rotation.
