Job summary

Continental, located in Auburn Hills, seeks a Union Retail Market Attendant to service vending machines, deliver OCS orders, and maintain equipment cleanliness. Use a company vehicle and tablet to track inventory, rotate stock, and ensure proper dating and cash handling accuracy.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 6:20 AM to 2:30 PM, with on-the-job training and opportunities to mentor new Route Merchandisers. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills; able to read, speak, and understand English.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; DOT check may apply.
• Experience in delivery, route driving, merchandising, or customer service preferred.
• Proficient with computers, iPads, GPS tech, and basic inventory systems.
• Able to operate box trucks (region dependent).

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels across beverages, snacks, and foods.
• Count, record, and order inventory following protocols.
• Restock and rotate products; ensure freshness and display standards.
• Deliver merchandise using a company vehicle; keep perishable items refrigerated.
• Collect cash from kiosks and record transactions.
• Perform routine cleaning of equipment and work areas.
• Train new Route Merchandisers as needed.
• Complete an 8-12 week on-the-job training program.
