Job summary

The role requires strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, plus the ability to lift 50 lbs. in a fast-paced environment. Office duties include creating on-shelf displays and maintaining back rooms.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Interpersonal skills to satisfy varied customer needs and expectations.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repeatedly).
• Able to work reliably and independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs
• Physically moves the product from the backroom and places it on display
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelve where permitted; rotates product and checks vendor operations
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor; manages returns of empty pallets and damaged goods
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests and proactive pricing
