The route includes Fuquay Varina, Holly Springs, Clayton NC, with mileage reimbursement between stores. Start times are early (5am–6am) and weekend work is required; reliable, independent work and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience in retail preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse store needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Able to work reliably and independently with little supervision.
• Strong critical thinking abilities. Company provided cell phone issued.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display according to procedures and programs.
• Moves products from backroom to display and maintains shelves.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates products as needed.
• Organizes back room and returns damaged/out-of-date stock to the branch.
• Builds relationships with store personnel, discusses pricing and opportunities.
