Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser for Greensboro and Summerfield, NC. The role services multiple bulk accounts, merchandising approved products and following planograms to attract customers at retail locations.

Daily routes require safe handling, with mileage reimbursement provided for travel between stores. The early shift and weekend work expectations support dedicated coverage across the Northern Greensboro and Summerfield areas.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with various customers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repeatedly).
• Able to work reliably and independently with little supervision.
• Company provided cell phone available.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs.
• Physically moves the product from the backroom and places it on display.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelf where permitted; rotates product and checks vendor operations.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor; manages returns and outdated stock.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests and proactive pricing.
