Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Burlington, NC is seeking a Merchandiser to present products at customer retail locations, service bulk accounts, and follow planograms and quality guidelines.

The route covers Burlington, NC and surrounding areas. Start time is 5am, weekends required, two days off during the week. Mileage reimbursement is provided; company benefits include 401(k) match and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Effective communication, listening, speaking and writing.
• Retail customer service experience preferred.
• Interpersonal skills to satisfy varied customers.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Fill, merchandise and rotate products on display per procedures.
• Move product from backroom to display area.
• Create and distribute POS materials and rotate merchandisers.
• Organize back room and manage pallets, damaged or expired product.
• Build relationships with store personnel and discuss opportunities.
