Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to present products and maintain multiple bulk accounts at customer retail locations in Beaufort area. The role involves merchandising approved products, following planograms, and communicating with store management and cross-functional teams.

The position requires strong communication, prior retail customer service experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Must have strong communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in retail settings.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customer needs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures.
• Moves product from backroom to display area.
• Creates and distributes in-store materials and rotates Fastlane merchandisers; checks vendor operations.
• Organizes back room and stacks products by package and flavor; manages pallets and shells.
• Builds and maintains positive relationships with store personnel through follow-up on requests and programs.
