Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Tennessee is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support the POD Model in a flexible, 24/7 operation across Waverly, Camden and Dickson.

The role includes merchandising, route coverage, sales order generation, promotional execution and store liaison duties, with vacation coverage for the Bulk Account Merchandiser and Merchandiser, ensuring proper display and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0–1 years of work experience.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelves according to procedures.
• Manages a group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products to achieve Right Execution Daily scores.
• Organizes back room and manages pallets, shells, and damaged/expired product.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates merchandisers.
• Fosters relationships with store personnel and discusses opportunities.
• Acts as a liaison for late PM/early AM weekends to ensure route coverage.
