Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Tennessee is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support the POD model within the One Tier Sales Strategy.

This on-site role provides vacation coverage for the Bulk Account Merchandiser and Merchandiser, coordinates weekend route coverage, and acts as liaison among the customer, merchandiser, and driver. You will merchandise, rotate products, process sales orders, and help execute promotions while maintaining back-room organization and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 0-1 year of work experience is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display according to procedures and programs.
• Generates sales orders based on daily routes and customer delivery frequency.
• Executes promotions and new products to achieve RED scores for assigned customers.
• Organizes back room and stacks/arranges product by package and flavor.
• Creates and distributes POS materials and rotates merchandisers and vendor displays.
• Maintains good relationships with store personnel and communicates any issues or opportunities.
