Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations in Sulphur Springs, TX. You will display and maintain inventory of greeting cards, gift wrap accessories, party goods, plush and more, with focus on organization and on-time restocking.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and 401(k) with company match as part of a broader benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Reliable transportation due to multiple locations on route.
• Reliable internet to receive critical updates.
• Willing to learn and use the company-provided tablet.
• Weekend availability around major holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders.
• Display products within greeting card departments and maintain backroom areas and inventory.
• Communicate with management any questions regarding service or schedules.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours.
• Be available for additional days and extended hours around holidays.
• Assist with store resets including fixture work and product assembly as requested.
• Plan weekly service schedule in stores using a company-issued tablet.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
