Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is hiring a Sales Merchandiser to stock and merchandise products on designated routes, ensuring displays are filled and aligned with brand standards. You will support customer relationships, monitor stock levels, and relocate products from backroom to shelves while maintaining safety and accuracy.

The role requires reliable transportation, strong customer service, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of general work experience preferred.
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport product between backroom and display floor.
• Fill, merchandise, and rotate product on displays and shelves.
• Be on time at all customer locations for merchandising duties.
• Operate manual and powered handling equipment (pallet jack, hand-truck, etc.).
• Maintain and organize stock at designated accounts.
• Ensure neat appearance of equipment and products in accounts.
• Monitor competitor products and activities.
• Foster strong relationships with account personnel and customers.
• Maintain safe working environment and perform vehicle checks.
• Accurately track mileage and follow IRS guidelines.
