Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to support our sales team on designated routes. You’ll merchandise displays, maintain stock, and ensure neat customer areas to provide outstanding service.

Strong communication and reliability are essential. Expect to travel 10%+, weekends/holidays may be required, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1-3 years of general work experience preferred.
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with driving history meeting company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport product between backroom and display floor.
• Fill, merchandise, and rotate product on displays and shelves to standards.
• On-time arrival at all customer locations to perform merchandising duties.
• Maintain stock and ensure neat appearance of equipment and products.
• Monitor and report mileage in accordance with company and IRS guidelines.
