Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country is seeking a Sales Merchandiser to stock and merchandize products at designated accounts, maintaining product availability and displays per company standards. The role requires transporting products, meeting schedules, and delivering superior customer service.

You will work on designated routes with on-time performance, using hand-trucks and pallet jacks, and you must have reliable transportation for shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable personal transportation to perform shifts.
• Excellent customer service skills and clear communication.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport product between backroom and display floor.
• Fill, merchandise, and rotate product on displays and shelves per standards.
• On-time arrival at all customer locations to perform merchandising duties.
• Must have a reliable personal transportation vehicle to utilize during shifts.
• Operate manual and powered handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.)
• Maintain and organize stock as needed.
• Ensure neat appearance of all equipment and product in assigned accounts.
• Maintain clean and organized back-room and manage trade breakage.
• Maintain quality assurance standards at every account.
• Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
• Transport, replace and maintain Point of Sale advertising as appropriate for account.
• Foster relationship with account personnel and provide superior customer service to all accounts serviced.
• Perform required vehicle checks according to standards.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain professional, team relationships with co-workers and customers.
• Conform with policies and procedures.
• On-time follow through on commitments to customers and co-workers.
