Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations including dispatching and warehouse activities.
• Develop and coach team members through training and performance evaluations.
• Implement and monitor Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and PKMS to improve efficiency.
• Conduct regular safety training sessions and safety audits.
• Lead emergency response initiatives to minimize risk and maintain continuity.
