Job summary

Greenmark Waste Solutions is seeking a Route Manager to supervise collection activities and container delivery for a line of business. You will lead drivers, ensure safe and efficient operations, and uphold our culture of dependability and customer service.

Key responsibilities include scheduling shifts, coaching staff, monitoring DOT/OSHA compliance, and driving route optimization to control labor costs. This role emphasizes leadership, analytics, and community-focused service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level leadership and supervisory capability is demonstrated.
• Strong knowledge of safety, USDOT regulations, and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to develop and drive route optimization and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and helpers, assess performance, provide feedback, and enforce disciplinary actions.
• Lead safety training, planning, and incident reporting for the team.
• Conduct morning safety briefs and safety meetings; launch drivers daily.
