Job summary

Agronomic Lawn Management Inc. is seeking a Route Manager to lead lawn care services with responsibility for inspections, care recommendations, and on-time delivery. You will manage your route like a small business, using leads and a company vehicle to provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers.

The role emphasizes independence, learning, and a positive attitude in a dynamic environment, with a supportive, drug-free workplace and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Team mentality with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Performs inspections of lawn, tree, and/or shrubs.
• Makes recommendations for care and maintenance.
• Safely utilizes and/or applies products and materials.
• Keeps accurate treatment records.
• Looks for and pursues sales opportunities.
• Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Responsible for secure and safe maintenance of vehicles, equipment, and inventory.
• Provide an effortless customer experience
