Agronomic Lawn Management Inc. is seeking an extraordinary Route Manager to join our team in Virginia. You will manage routes like your own business, provide friendly, knowledgeable lawn care service, and grow with a community-focused company.

Responsibilities include inspections, care recommendations, product application, accurate records, and pursuing sales opportunities while maintaining safety and professional standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Performs inspections of lawn, tree, and/or shrubs.
• Makes recommendations for care and maintenance.
• Safely utilizes and/or applies products and materials.
• Keeps accurate treatment records.
• Looks for and pursues sales opportunities.
• Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Responsible for secure and safe maintenance of vehicles, equipment, and inventory
• Provide an effortless customer experience
