Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and helpers, evaluate performance, provide feedback, and issue discipline as needed.
• Oversee driver/helper safety training, safety planning, and incident reporting.
• Lead daily safety briefings, meetings, audits, and start-up of driver shifts.
