Job summary

Weed Man Greenville is looking for an enthusiastic Route Manager in Greer, SC to manage lawn care treatments and provide excellent customer service. You will take ownership of your route, applying treatments, inspecting lawns, and promoting services to customers.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and strong communication skills. The position offers a competitive salary of $40,000-$50,000 a year along with benefits like paid training, health insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

What You’ll Do

Think of your route like your own small business. We supply the truck, the customers, and the game plan—you take ownership and deliver outstanding results:

• Apply lawn care treatments such as fertilization, weed control, and aeration
• Conduct routine inspections of customer lawns and recommend services
• Operate and maintain equipment safely and professionally
• Deliver a friendly, informed, and helpful customer experience
• Promote services by canvassing neighborhoods on non-treatment days—offering free quotes and supporting business growth
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions, lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs for 8-10 hour shifts

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must meet background check requirements
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑first attitude
• Comfortable working solo or as part of a team
• Willingness to learn—we’ll provide the training
• Reliable, professional, and safety‑focused
