Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a Route Manager to lead, train, and motivate route drivers and customer service reps. You will drive service excellence, support recruiting and onboarding, and build strong customer relationships across your district.

We value military experience and offer growth into higher leadership roles. A associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with a willingness to travel up to 50% and operate routes when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in training, goal setting, employee development.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Clean driving record that meets company standards (CDL not required).
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Willingness and ability to operate a delivery route when needed.
• Military experience highly valued and encouraged.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required.
