Prudential Overall Supply in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Route Manager to lead service delivery and develop frontline talent. This role focuses on driving customer satisfaction, supervising route drivers and CSRs, and supporting growth across the district.

You will train teams, conduct audits, recruit and onboard staff, and maintain strong client relationships, with career progression into higher leadership roles within the company.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience with a proven leadership track record.
• Experience in training, goal setting, and employee development.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Clean driving record; CDL not required.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Military experience highly valued and encouraged.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor route drivers and customer service representatives.

What You’ll Do

As a Route Manager, you’ll play a vital part in our service delivery and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, training, and mentoring route drivers and customer service representatives

• Driving growth and performance across your district through service excellence
• Assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and employee development

• Clean driving record that meets company standards (CDL not required)
