Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking Route Service Representatives to join our team in the Riverside area. You will drive a company truck in an assigned territory to deliver and pick up uniforms, towels, mats and other rental products while ensuring safe, on-time service and customer satisfaction.

This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with 40+ hour weeks, competitive hourly pay, and benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active driver’s license with a clean driving record and willingness to obtain a Class A license within 12 months.
• Customer service and sales-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly; 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Overnight shifts may be required; background clearance criteria apply; Drug-Free Workplace.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company truck to pick up and deliver products and garments, ensuring loads are accurate and properly prepared.
• Load and unload merchandise, using carts and equipment with care during transport.
• Use company devices to manage customer orders, communicate invoice changes, and maintain an updated route book.
• Perform other duties as needed to support smooth route operations.

We are seeking motivated, customer-focused, and sales-oriented individuals to join our team as Route Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the face of our company, ensuring timely deliveries and satisfied customers. As a Route Service Representative, you will drive a company truck within an assigned territory to deliver and pick up uniforms, towels, mats and other rental products. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to earn a route bonus and commission. This role requires operating a truck safely and professionally while following all federal and state vehicle regulations.

Skills/Qualifications:

• High School Graduate, 21+ years of age
• Must have an active driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willing to get a Class A within the next 12 months.
• Customer service and sales-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
• Experience driving a box truck or step-van is preferred
• Overnignt shifts might be required. (Expenses paid)
• Safe driving skills in all weather conditions
