Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in training, goal setting, employee development, and day-to-day team management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Clean driving record; CDL not required.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Military experience valued and encouraged.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor route drivers and customer service representatives.
• Conduct regular customer service audits and resolve service issues promptly.
• Support route operations during employee absences, including driving routes as needed.
• Drive growth and performance across your district through service excellence.

What You’ll Do

As a Route Manager, you’ll play a vital part in our service delivery and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, training, and mentoring route drivers and customer service representatives
• Conducting regular customer service audits and resolving service issues promptly
• Supporting route operations during employee absences, including driving routes as needed
