Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a Route Manager to lead route teams, ensure service excellence, and drive growth across the district. You will train drivers and customer service staff, conduct audits, and support operations during absences, including driving routes when needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in training, goal setting, employee development, and day-to-day team management.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Clean driving record that meets company standards (CDL not required).
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Military experience highly valued and encouraged.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required.
