Qualifications
3 years of operations experience in transportation or logistics.
1 year of supervisory experience.
Class B CDL with air brakes required.
DOT compliance knowledge.
Must be 21+ years old.
Valid firearms permit or ability to obtain.
Guard card or ability to obtain.
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
Provide first-line supervision to Route Logistics team at the market location.
Ensure route logistics efficiency through interaction with market staff and route analysis.
Maintain safe and secure environment so employees return home safely.
Use systems and process improvements to reduce cost and improve quality.
Maintain high-quality customer service.
Maintain inventory security and compliance with procedures.
Schedule and develop staff; foster positive employee relations.
Maintain integrity and high ethical standards; protect Brink’s reputation.
