The Manager – Route Logistics II leads a dedicated team of Route Logistics employees and coordinates with on-site operations to optimize up to 15 routes and 600+ ATMs/CompuSafes, ensuring secure, efficient operations in an armed environment. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and delivering high‑quality service while meeting safety and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 3 years of operations experience in transportation or logistics.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Class B CDL with air brakes required.
• DOT compliance knowledge.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid firearms permit or ability to obtain.
• Guard card or ability to obtain.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line supervision to Route Logistics team at the market location.
• Ensure route logistics efficiency through interaction with market staff and route analysis.
• Maintain safe and secure environment so employees return home safely.
• Use systems and process improvements to reduce cost and improve quality.
• Maintain high-quality customer service.
• Maintain inventory security and compliance with procedures.
• Schedule and develop staff; foster positive employee relations.
• Maintain integrity and high ethical standards; protect Brink’s reputation.
