Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Lanham, MD is seeking a Load Builder to assemble customer orders from finished products. You will receive items from production, organize them into route carts or bins, and ensure accurate packing according to requirements.

Qualifications

• Identify product colors, sizes, and types.
• Count and sort textiles for order assembly.
• Inspect finished products for quality concerns.

Responsibilities

• Receive finished products from production and organize for order assembly.
• Review packing requirements and place items into route carts, bins, or storage.
• Maintain product flow in load-building area to support delivery schedules.
• Identify and report shortages, discrepancies, or quality concerns to management.
• Meet productivity, quality, and safety standards; use PPE.
• Log in/out of Spindle productivity system.
