Job summary

Alsco is seeking a Load Builder to join the production and distribution team at our Charlotte, NC facility. The role involves receiving finished products from production, organizing them into carts or bins for shipment, and ensuring accurate order assembly.

You will maintain flow in the load-building area to support delivery schedules and report any shortages or quality concerns. The position requires standing and walking for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and following packaging

Qualifications

• Recognize product colors, sizes, and types.
• Counting and sorting textiles for order assembly.
• Inspect finished products to identify quality concerns.

Responsibilities

• Receive finished, cleaned products from production departments and organize them for order assembly.
• Review packing requirements and place correct products into designated route carts, bins, or storage locations.
• Maintain product flow in the load-building area to support delivery schedules.
• Identify and report product shortages, discrepancies, or quality concerns to management.
• Meet established productivity, quality, and safety standards, including proper use of PPE.
• Log in and out of Spindle (internal productivity tracking system).
