Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Brockton, MA seeks a Load Builder to assemble customer orders from finished products and organize them for shipment within the production and distribution team. The Load Builder reports to the Production Manager and works in an industrial laundry facility.

You will handle packing operations, identify shortages, ensure safety with PPE, and log tasks in the Spindle system. This non-exempt role requires physical work, standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and adherence to scheduling

Qualifications

• Textile colors, sizes, and types recognition.
• Counting and sorting textiles for order assembly.
• Inspection of finished products for quality concerns.
• Following written packing instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive finished products from production and organize for order assembly.
• Review packing requirements and place products into route carts, bins, or storage locations.
• Maintain product flow to support delivery schedules.
• Identify and report shortages, discrepancies, or quality concerns to management.
• Meet productivity, quality, and safety standards, including use of PPE.
• Log in and out of Spindle productivity tracking system.
