Job summary

Alsco Inc. in Brockton, Massachusetts is seeking a Load Builder to assemble customer orders for shipment. This role involves receiving cleaned products from production and organizing them efficiently for delivery or storage.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in recognizing product specifications and conducting quality inspections, as well as following detailed packing instructions. The position requires physical stamina, including lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to recognize product colors, sizes, and types.
• Experience in counting and sorting textiles for orders.
• Strong attention to detail for quality inspection.
• Ability to follow written packing instructions.

Responsibilities

• Receive finished products and organize for assembly.
• Review packing requirements and place products into designated areas.
• Maintain product flow in the load-building area.
• Identify and report shortages or quality concerns.
• Meet productivity and safety standards, using appropriate PPE.
• Log in and out of internal tracking system.
