Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a custodian for facilities maintenance in the Eugene area. The role involves cleaning floors, windows, trash, and general housekeeping across client sites, using provided products and PPE, with on-site training provided.

Candidates should be able to read instructions, communicate in English, and have reliable transportation to travel between locations. Prior janitorial experience is a plus but not required; the company emphasizes a flexible schedule and

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions.
• 1-2 years' experience as a custodian, janitor, housekeeper a plus but not required.
• Must have own vehicle to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures.
• Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, windows and cleaning and moving furniture and equipment etc..
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Use proper PPE where required.
• Opens and locks facilities, enable and disable security system as required.
