Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a dependable janitor to maintain clean and safe facilities. You will perform cleaning duties for client buildings using provided products, equipment, and procedures, including trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting, and floor care.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper a plus but not required.
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures.
• Polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting.
• Inspect and remove outside trash.
• Vacuum and mop all floors.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Use proper PPE where required.
• Opens and locks facilities, enable and disable security system as required.
