Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean is seeking a custodian/housekeeper to perform cleaning duties for client facilities using provided products and procedures. The role requires routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, window care, and moving furniture as needed.

Candidates should be able to read cleaning instructions, maintain inventory, operate security systems when opening/locking facilities, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures.
• Cleaning duties include sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, windows and moving furniture and equipment.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Use proper PPE where required.
• Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security system as required.
