Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. A driver delivers and picks up uniforms, towels, cleaning products and other facility services to an existing base, on a route that blends indoor and outdoor work.

Highlights include a comprehensive 10-week training program, a solid base salary with commission after being assigned a route, and a majority 4-day workweek with minimal nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT requirements for driving a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Have an active driver's license.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and controlling inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
