Job summary

PLANET AID INC in Elkridge, Maryland is seeking a Route Management Assistant (RMA) to support routing, collection and bin placement under the Transportation and Production Managers.

You will coordinate drivers, perform truck checks and inspections, train staff, audit routes and maintain records to ensure on-time collections and safety. A High School Diploma/GED and 3–5 years of truck driving experience with leadership is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3–5 years of truck driving experience.
• Leadership experience preferred for team supervision.
• Proficiency in routing tools and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Check drivers in/out, assign trucks and inspect vehicles.
• Train drivers and audit routes for accuracy and safety.
• Reroute collection paths and monitor truck tracking systems.
• Maintain records and coordinate with Transportation/Production Managers.
• Assist with bin maintenance, closures, and site visits.
