Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing position.
• Good time management skills to ensure responsibilities are completed safely.
• Good follow-through ability and reliability.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Ride with assigned driver on designated routes to gather data such as travel times and service times.
• Verify billing by checking container weight, size and weekly pickups; report discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities for additional revenue and inform Sales or Customer Service.
• Use routing programs and data analytics to identify overlapping routes and cost-saving opportunities.
• Identify safety hazards on routes and recommend changes.
• Prepare detailed reports of audit findings and share with management.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure ongoing service and safety of units.
• Maintain a healthy and safe working environment and report issues promptly.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
