Responsibilities

• Review routes to collect data on travel times and service times to reduce costs.
• Sequence routes to improve efficiencies.
• Use computerized tools to identify overlapping routes and suggest improvements.
• Verify service and equipment for accurate customer billing.
• Identify opportunities for increased service or new business in the area.
• Analyze route logistics, landfill locations, and municipal routes.
• Identify and address safety hazards on routes.
• Maintain route files with maps and documentation.
• Recommend container repairs or replacements as needed.
• Prepare audit reports and discuss findings with managers.
• Provide feedback to Route and Operations Managers on driver productivity.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Maintain professional relations with drivers, teams, customers and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
