Rumpke Waste & Recycling is seeking an Assistant Route Analyst in Columbus, OH to identify route efficiencies and develop strategies to increase productivity and profitability using RouteSmart software.

You will coordinate audits with operations and route auditors, work with finance, and report progress to leadership while maintaining safety and compliance. A Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of analytics experience are preferred.

Formación

• 1-3 years of Analytics experience preferred.
• Experience with RouteSmart software preferred.
• Travel between offices may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain audit schedules
• Communicate with Operations Managers to analyze and improve route productivity
• Identify routing deficiencies and suggest improvements based on data analytics
• Coach and promote teamwork within the organization
• Assist in developing software workaround solutions and new tools for internal customers
• Complete tasks safely in compliance with regulations and policies
• Coordinate budgets and contracts considerations with Finance and Operations
• Report monthly and quarterly on project progress to senior management
• Other duties as assigned
