Job summary

Compass Group USA’s Canteen division is hiring for a full-time Route Driver on a established Memphis route. You will deliver products, maintain vending machine inventories, and ensure top-notch service for clients and customers.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and 3 years of driving experience; prior customer service is preferred. Training is available; typical schedule is Monday–Friday with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Preferred 1–2 years in customer service, or at least 1 year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicle along established route to deliver products.
• Maintain inventory levels for vending machines.
• Load/unload products; operate handheld computer for inventory.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of vending machines.
• Report defective equipment to maintenance or dispatcher.
• Ensure accurate receipt of goods and delivery tickets.
