Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring a full-time Route Driver for Canteen in Belmont, MI. The role delivers products on a fixed route, maintains vending machine inventory, and ensures customer satisfaction. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:00 am–3:00 pm, with weekend availability.

Training opportunities are noted and new hires may receive coaching as needed. Qualifications include 3 years driving experience and a valid driver’s license; preferred 1–2 years in customer service. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3 years driving experience required.
• Valid driver’s license, ensuring safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions.
• Preferred 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service position, or a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis.

Responsibilities

• Drives company vehicle on established route to deliver products and maintain inventory.
• Maintains proper inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines.
• Loads hand cart with totes of product, walks to the machines, and loads the machines.
• Performs product rotation to ensure freshness at designated client locations for vending machines.
• Provides client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance.
