Compass Group USA's Canteen is seeking a full-time Route Driver - Utility in Katy, TX to operate a company-owned truck on an established route, delivering beverages and snacks and servicing vending machines.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, route planning and merchandising experience, with weekend availability as needed. Benefits are offered as part of a leading foodservice employer.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Experience with box trucks, inventory, FIFO, route planning, and merchandising is required.
• Ability to plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
• Full-time availability, including potential weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Drives a company-owned truck on an established route delivering and selling products or rendering services.
• Maintains stock on shelves and in vending machines; handles cash and change as needed.
• Calls on customers to ensure service adequacy and informs them of new products.
• Loads truck, prepares order forms for products, and performs routine maintenance and sanitation of machines.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment and performs other duties as assigned.
