You will operate a company vehicle, perform daily routes, and represent the company professionally while maintaining safety standards.

This full-time, in-person role offers a predictable five-day workweek, home daily, and opportunities for bonuses through sign-ons and collection-pound incentives after training.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card (FedMed).
• Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience.
• Clean driving record and reliable/punctual.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
• Safety-focused mindset and compliance with DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company vehicle along established routes.
• Collect clothing and footwear donations from collection bins and partner locations.
• Load and unload materials throughout the day.
• Transport collected materials to designated facilities.
• Complete route logs and required paperwork.
• Perform vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Communicate site issues and route updates to management.
